Serengeti Warranty Information

At International Optique we are proud to offer the Serengeti Sunglass collection as an authorized on-line dealer. Serengeti continues to offer award winning sunglass frames and the latest in cutting-edge lens technology. Each sunglass is designed to flatter any face with an array of stylish sunglasses. In keeping with the great tradition of sunglass manufacturing Serengeti offers the following warranty to there customers.

SUNGLASS WARRANTY
Limited Warranty
Serengeti warrants to the consumer that for one year from the date of purchase, Serengeti will repair or replace, at Serengeti’s option, any Serengeti product that is defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to products that have been lost, altered, broken or damaged by misuse, failure to follow instructions or normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental frame breakage. For this warranty to apply, purchase must have been made in the United States from an authorized Serengeti dealer and must have proof of purchase. Only authorized Serengeti products will be warranted. This warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage caused by unreasonable use of product. Serengeti lenses are not warranted against scratching.\

If your Serengeti product is no longer under the limited warranty and has been damaged by accidental and/or normal use, Serengeti will inspect and replace (if possible) the product in question at the Serengeti’s place of business.
